We’re fully committed to providing the best school possible at the heart of our community and have welcomed the opportunity for all local people and organisations to share their views with us during the formal consultation process.
Section 10 – Funding agreement
When our new school officially progressed to the ‘pre-opening’ stage, we were required —by Section 10 of the Academies Act 2010 — to conduct a formal public consultation to determine whether our academy trust (‘Reach Schools’) should enter into a ‘Funding Agreement’ with the Department for Education.
The Section 10 consultation is now closed.

Admissions policy
As a new start school, Reach Academy Hanworth Park consulted on their proposed admission arrangements for 2025 – 2026. The consultation ran from 20 November 2023 until 19 January 2024, as part of the Section 10 consultation. We look forward to seeing how this feedback shapes Reach Academy Hanworth Park.
