Jason Manketo

Chair of Local Governing Body

Jason is a Partner at Linklaters and is the Global Chair of the Firm’s Equities Practice and has led the teams on many of the firm’s most complex cross-border corporate finance transactions. 

Phil Bell

Co-opted Governor

Phil is co-founder of Chalk, a non-profit dedicated to making learning more accessible. He formerly worked at Arbor Education, Cognino AI and as a teacher through the Teach First programme.

Jaya Khanna

Parent Governor

Jaya has a background as a chartered accountant in a range of sectors. She is a local Feltham resident and parent governor at Reach Academy Hanworth Park. 

Oli Roberts

Co-opted Governor

Oli is currently Head of History at Hampton School and has been a middle leader in London independent schools for the last ten years. He has previous experience of governorship at a small primary school and is very much looking forward to using this to contribute to the LGB at RAHP.

Nadia Salam

Co-opted Governor

Nadia is a child protection solicitor at a London local authority, and has had previous experience of being a governor at a through school. She joined the local governing board in 2025.

Tom Seddon

Co-opted Governor

Tom is a Bill Manager at the Department for Education, leading on the department’s legislative agenda. He has worked in several central government departments. Tom was previously a primary teacher and middle leader in West Yorkshire. He is passionate about social mobility, and regularly volunteers for the Sutton Trust, of which he is an alum.

Tom Orr

Co-opted Governor

Tom has a decade of experience working in the education sector as a consultant, project manager and governance professional. Currently the Head of Governance at the Mossbourne Federation, Tom oversees governance and compliance across seven schools in Hackney and Thurrock. Having worked with MATs around the country, he brings a depth of experience in delivering change in education settings, overseeing complex projects and supporting trust leaders to deliver targeted transformation programmes. Tom is the former Head of Pre-Opening Services at New Schools Network, the national free schools charity, and was the lead project manager for the opening of Reach Academy Hanworth Park.

Diana Nahim Saridin

Parent Governor

Diana worked in heath retail and Pharmacy before moving into the education sector in learning support and administration roles. She is a local Feltham resident and parent governor at Reach Academy Hanworth Park.

Aidan Sproat-Clements

Co-opted Governor

Aidan is the Head of Alleyn’s Hampstead, an independent co-educational through school in North London. He previously served as a Deputy Head at Alleyn’s School in Dulwich and has been teaching maths since 2005, having read maths and music at university. In addition to his work within schools, he has co-authored maths textbooks for OUP and worked with the International Baccalaureate Organisation to design and refine online examination materials.
